He listened to my symptoms, investigated thoroughly and, once the diagnosis was confirmed, has provided treatment which has worked well. I have no criticism of the care provided by Dr Rajagopalan.

Good morning Doctor Rajagopalan.
during my recent visits to William Harvey hospital. During my two visits to your surgery I am pleased to say I was treated in a most professional manner by yourself and your staff.
You explained about the shadow on the lungs close to my heart, and on my second visit you were delighted to tell me the shadow has disappeared. You advised me I would receive an appointment to have a another X Ray of my lungs to make sure that the shadow has completely gone. Also you said you would contact a colleague about the pains in my right knee and my left ankle.

Dr Rajagopolan is very approachable and is the only specialist who has been prepared to give me direct access when needed, without necessarily having to go through a receptionist or other filter. He has been very willing to listen to my concerns and explain the diagnosis/prognosis.
